I have received emails from you concerning the above referenced subject. I wanted to make sure you received the following announcement.
A Notice of Termination of the contract to purchase a 10 acre apartment tract of land located between the future Wal-Mart site, the FAA radar tower and adjacent to the KCS railroad tracks has been executed by the purchaser. A pre-application for tax credit financing was submitted by VDC Sachse Reserve I, LLC to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. The contract to purchase the property has been terminated.
On a separate note, tonight the Woodbridge Homeowners Association is having a presentation on the proposed 13 acre senior housing project located in the City of Wylie on McCreary Road behind the Target Super Center. The meeting which begins at 7:00 pm will be held at the Woodbridge Golf Club Pavilion. The property is zoned for senior housing and is restricted to people age 55 and older. This project has applied for tax credit financing. Anyone who has an interest in this project is invited to attend.
